| Abstract: | To carry out the Program of Implementation,the relations between all-round way and important points,between making and carrying-out of the regulations,between safeguarding the rights to know and mobilizing the enthusiasm to supervise,and between construction of punishment and prevention system and affairs of combatting corruption to build a clean administration should be correctly well-handled,so as to set up a system of punishment and prevention against corruption,and combat corruption to build a clean administration at colleges and universities. |
