On Efficiency, Fairness and Common Prosperity

Performance and fairness are inner unison: the fairness of opportunities can increase social whole performance;and the latter also promotes result fairness.The disseverance between them is doom to lead gaps of wealth.The union of them remains the requirements of realizing common prosperity.In economic practice,society provides the chance for fair development,the environment for maximizing people's enthusiasm and creativity,thereby improving social whole performance and fair distribution and social public welfare and fulfilling common prosperity.
