| 摘 要： | 一、中国高等教育发展的历史回顾和问题的提出 中国高等教育迄今已有 1 0 0余年历史 ,然而 ,在 1 966年以前 ,中国的高等教育受制于社会经济发展的客观条件和培养金字塔顶尖人才的发展目标 ,发展极为缓慢 ,根据 1 990年《中国统计年鉴》公布的数据 ,中国大陆 1 949～1 970年普通高等学校的毕业生总共仅为 2 2 2 3万人。十年动乱期间 ,中国高等教育陷于停滞 ,更严重地妨碍了中国的社会经济发展。自 1 977年恢复高考招生以来 ,中国高等教育发展经历了稳定规模、调整结构、加快发展、稳步发展、大幅扩招几个阶段 ,2 0 0 2年招生规模已达 3 …
