转型社会下第三部门功能研究

目前我国进入社会转型加速期,转型社会下社会分层、社会流动加剧,社会结构也发生相应的变迁。各种社会利益分化组合,各种利益群体逐渐显性化,社会利益出现多元化需求,社会利益的冲突和矛盾空前尖锐和激烈。社会呼唤新的制度、组织来迎合社会结构的变迁和利益协调的需求,第三部门兴起契合了社会利益协调的需要。本文将以利益协调机制为视角,来论证第三部门在转型社会中的社会利益协调功能,并在此基础上建构了保障第三部门利益协调功能实现的路径选择。

A Study of the Function of the Third Department in Transitional Society

Nowadays we are entering a period of fast social transition, when social division and circulation become intense, and social structure changes correspondingly. A realignment of forces is going on among social interests groups. The conflict and contradiction among the interests groups become acute and complicated. There exist multiple demands. The society is calling for new system and organization to meet the requirements of changes of social structure and harmony of interests. The rise of the third department just meets the requirements of harmony interests. Taking the perspective of the system of harmony of interests, this paper expounds the functions of harmony of social interests and builds the frame system to guarantee the realization of such functions.
