| 摘 要： | 分工发展的程度决定了产业内市场结构的状况和企业的行为模式,分工的不断发展推动了产业组织的不断演进。关于促进分工发展的动力因素,目前国内的研究还比较欠缺。本文基于收益预期、市场范围、经济全球化、技术变革和制度变迁的五因素分析框架阐述了我国经济转型期分工发展的动力机制,并说明这些因素的相互作用共同促进了分工的不断发展和产业组织的演进。这对于优化我国产业组织结构,提高产业竞争力具有一定的理论意义。

| Abstract: | The status of industrial market structure and the model of behavior in enterprises are decided by the degree of division of labor,which promotes the evolvement of industrial organization.But the research on the factors,which promotes the division of labor,is not enough at present in our country.This paper constructs an analysis framework of income anticipation,market field,globalization,technical innovation and institutional transformation to explain the driving mechanism of the division of labor in the transition process.Furthermore,it indicates that reciprocity of these factors promotes the division of labor and the evolvement of industrial organization.So it has some significance in reality and in theory for optimizing industrial organization structure and enhancing industrial ability of competition in our country. |
