| Abstract: | The development of contract law must confront the conflict and balance of contract freedom and contract justice.The necessary limitation to contract freedom is not the decline of contract freedom but the remedy of the principle of contract freedom and the result of the dynamic harmony of contract freedom and contract justice. |
