| 摘 要： | 在对《天圣令》的整理研究中,与令文相关的诏敕发挥了重要的作用。借助诏敕与《天圣令》内容比对研究,判定复原文字和令文形成的时间;就诸多"著于令"的记载,与《天圣令》中现存令文之间关系的分析,能够说明敕文纳入令典的过程以及不同时期制度的变化更替,进而爬梳唐后期刊著活动的点滴记录,以期反映令典编定的延续和变化。
