| 摘 要： | "以人为本"是科学发展观的核心,也是现代大学的办学理念的根本所在.高等教育"以人为本"理念的落实,依赖于学校始终"以教师为本",全力推进人才强校战略;学校与教师"以学生为本",始终把培育人作为学校的中心工作;高校软环境建设中体现"以人为本",创设和谐的校园环境.

| Abstract: | The core of scientific views of development is people oriented and is also the most important idea in today's higher education.The idea of putting people first in higher education depends on teacher's orientation.We should go all out to enhance the university with talents.The university and the teachers should accept the idea of student's orientation and always take the cultivation of students as the central task at college.The idea of putting people first must be emphasized in creating a better,harmonious environment on campus. |
