教育公平视角下师范生免费教育政策的分析

摘    要:2007年,教育部在6所重点师范大学实行了师范生免费教育政策。师范生免费教育政策在为贫困生提供高等教育机会,提高农村基础教育教师素质两方面充分体现了教育公平。但该政策在实施过程中仍存在潜在的教育不公平现象,通过在选拔上做到严格和公平,有条件地扩大师范生免费教育政策的试点范围,加大对免费师范生待遇投入等措施,最终优化师范生免费教育政策。

Abstract:In 2007,the Ministry of Education implemented the policy of free education for normal college students in six key normal universities.From the perspective of equal access to education,it analyzes that the policy of free education for normal college students reflects the equality of education from two aspects of providing higher education opportunity for poor students and improving teachers’ quality of basic education.However,this policy has existing potential unfair phenomenon in education when implemented,Through the strict and fair selection,conditionally expanded pilot scale of the policy of free education for normal college students should be corrditionally expanded,and the investment in treatment for students of free education should be increased in order to optimize the policy of free education for normal college students
