现代性语境下的民族文化传承与发展

现代性所带来的全球化将全球和地方以一种复杂的方式联结起来。我国民族地区在现代性进程中，伴随着文化产业化，既有文化的同质化趋势，也更为强调文化的异质性和独特性。悖论的是，这种异质性的强调，又是采用统一的模式，因而造就了文化差异中的同质化。与此同时，地方面临现代性时，对自我文化的重建，对自我身份的重新审视与认定，也必然强化着地方认同和族群身份。现代性是一个多元的体系，民族文化面临现代性时，既需要积极迎接全球文化，避免部落主义；同时也根据地方独特性采取不同的应对模式，使地方话语获得全球性意义。以全球化的视野来思考，以地方性作为行动的根基，这是民族地区在现代性语境下文化传承与发展的可行道路。

Inheritance and Development of Ethnic Culture under the Context of Modernity

The globalization brought about by modernity connects the world and the place in a complicated way.In the process of modernity,along withcultural industrialization,the minority areas of our country not only have the trend of cultural homogenization,but also emphasize the heterogeneity and uniqueness of culture.Paradoxically,this emphasis on heterogeneity adopts a unified model,thus creating homogenization in cultural differences.At the same time,in the face of modernity,the reconstruction of self-culture and the re-examination and identification of self-identity are bound to strengthen the local identity and ethnic identity.Modernity is a pluralistic system.When ethnic culture is confronted with modernity,it not only needs to welcome the global culture and avoid tribalism,but also to adopt different coping modes according to the local uniqueness,so as to make the local discourse gain global significance.Thinking from the perspective of globalization and taking locality as the foundation of action,this is a feasible way for ethnic regions to inherit and develop their culture in the context of modernity.
