| 摘 要： | 经济危机是可以防控的。政府是参与防控经济危机的一个主要主体，应该且必须履行相应的道德责任。为履行好自己应尽的道德责任，政府应该确立和遵循尊重市场理念、责任共担理念、正义公平理念和最小代价理念。

| Abstract: | Economic crisis can be prevented and controlled.Government is the main body involved in the prevention and control of the economic crisis.To fulfill its corresponding moral responsibility,it should establish and follow the concept of respecting the market,the concept of responsibility sharing,the concept of fairness and justice,and the concept of minimum cost. |
