| 摘 要： | 大学生恋爱违法犯罪已成为不容忽视的问题。恋爱违法犯罪主要有以下几种：强奸罪、非法拘禁罪、侮辱罪、杀人罪、敲诈勒索罪等。可以从心理学的视阈来分析其犯罪心理成因和恋爱违法犯罪的对策。
