认知语言学认为,语言不仅客观地表达命题式的思想,还表达言语主体即说话人的观点、感情和态度,因此语言具有表情功能。语言的表情功能是语言主观性、主观化的具体表现。本文以英汉两种语言为例,从认知角度重点探讨了语言的主观性与主观化,并分析了主观性、主观化的心理认知机制（视角、说话人的情/移情、认识程度）及动因（语用推理和语境顺应）。
