| Abstract: | Network legislation is a process that all kinds of interest subjects make their request the rights of law. The first essential thing to govern network according to law is to regulate conducts and make rules in network. The article seeks the road of legal develop- ment in network and analyses network legislation in China in order to search how to construct the network legal system in China. |
