| 摘 要： | 金融领域的诚信缺失与败德行为危及到金融的稳定发展,谋求金融发展的伦理支持是现代金融管理的应有程序。根据道德发展的不同层次和金融活动的内在本质,金融伦理规制应采取初、中、高三级层次的结构框架。应从改革金融制度、规范政府行为、加速异金融文化输入、建立金融道德能力评价系统等方面,重构我国现代金融发展的伦理机制。

| Abstract: | Lack of trustworthiness and immoral behavior in the financial area have blocked the stable development of finance. Ethical support is necessary for the finance development, especially in the area of modern finance management. This paper analyzes the ethical foundation of the finance development and the structure of ethical regulations. Then, it puts forward some suggestions as to how to reconstruct the modern financial morals in China. |
