| 摘 要： | 跨文化交际受到众多因素的影响 ,例如 ,不同的文化背景 ,不同的社会习俗 ,各个国家所尊崇的民族主义 (集体主义、个人主义 )以及语言障碍等方面。依据以上所涉及的影响因素 ,找出其相应的解决手段及有效策略是其主旨。
