佛山初一学生个性因素的调查

采用CPQ问卷和访谈法调查了佛山市414名初一学生的十四种个性因素,发现他们在聪慧性,对现实的态度和情绪情感方面有自身的特点:男、女学生个性的充沛性、敏感性等九个因素存在明显的性别差异,同时,还发现学生的聪慧因素与学生的学习成绩有相关,建议学校的教育、教学和管理都要重视学生的个性特征。

An Investigation on the Individual Factors of the First Grade Middle School Students in Foshan

By distributing CPQ questionaires, the writer has made an investigation on fourteen individual factors among forty-four first grade junior middle school students in Foshan. As a result, he has found that the students have their own characteristics in intelligence, sentiments, emotions and their attitude to reality. Sex difference is obvious in nine factors such as the bully quality and sensitivity of male and female students' individuality. What's more, the factor of the students' intelligence plays an important role in their studies. The article holds that the departments in charge of education, teaching and administration should not neglect the student's individuality.
