| 摘 要： | 我国选举制度包括人大代表选举、各级政权机关选举和村委会居委会选举<宪法>、<选举法>与相关<组织法>等法律规范构建了现行选举制度的框架,它具有直接选举与间接选举结合、等额选举与差额选举并存、平等原则与差别条款互补和国家权力与自由选举权利融和的特点.在坚持现行制度的基础上,目前选举中出现了一些改革动态,它表明充分开发我国选举制度内的资源、激活选举制度的竞争性和活力是我国选举制度发展的方向.

| Abstract: | China's election system consists of National peple's congress,municipal administration and villagers' committe election and the framework set up by Constitution,Electoral Law and other relevant Organic law.It combines features of direct and indirect election,specified and differential voting,equality principle and disparity provisions,force of state and free election.On the basis of cuarent elaction sqstem,there display some reforing tendency.It shous that fally develep election resouces,activafe compatition are the developing direction of china's election system. |
