简论青年教师的思想道德建设

随着我国高等教育的发展,青年教师在高校教师队伍中的比例日益扩大,他们已逐渐成为高校教学、科研以及学生工作等各条战线的主要力量。青年教师的思想道德素质在很大程度上影响着高校各项工作的成效,影响着学生的思想道德水平。本文拟从分析青年教师的思想特点入手,探索对青年教师加强思想道德建设的新途径。

To strengthen the young teachers' ideological and moral construction

With the development of Chinese higher education, the proportion of the young teachers in the college and university staff is increasing. They are playing the major part in teaching, scientific research and students management. The young teachers' ideological and moral qualities have great influence on vaneties of jobs in colleges and universities and the students' ideological and moral level. This article intends to analyze the young teachers' thinking characteristics and to probe into the new ways of strengthening the young teachers' ideological and moral construction.
