刍论国企党组织的执政能力建设问题

Tentatively on the Enhancement of Administrative Ability of Party Organization in State-owned Enterprises

In the new historical conditions,there are deep changes of international situations and domestic situations,which raise higher requirements for Party building of state-owned enterprises and for our review on the building of its administrative ability.Only through studying new characteristics and situations of Party building,understanding the important meanings of enhancing the administrative ability of party organization,defining its function scientifically,and grasping the major work in the process,can we ensure party organizations play their role properly.
