| Abstract: | On the basis of the law of value,the paper explores non government learning assisting activities in self taught higher education project from the angle of market economy.It discusses the means by which self taught higher education administration controls the activities with market power.It is believed the investigation is of great theoretical implications for the management of non government learning assisting activities in self taught higher education project. |
