培养学生英语阅读能力的相关研究

摘    要:本文作者采用问卷调查和测试等手段 ,对英语阅读策略、阅读教学与阅读能力培养的关系进行研究 ,并对测试成绩进行了定量分析 ,得出研究结果。结果表明 :(1)英语学习者在学习的不同阶段运用了不同的阅读策略 ;(2 )不同语言水平的英语学习者在阅读策略的运用上也存在差异 ;(3)泛读教学在提高阅读能力方面的积极作用不容忽视。

Abstract:By means of questionnaire and testing, a research is described in this paper on the relationship among English reading strategies, extensive reading and the development of reading comprehension. Conclusions have been drawn on the basis of the quantitative analysis of the testing scores. All of them show that: (1) reading strategies change from early to late stage of learning; (2) reading strategies differ from beginning to intermediate level students; (3) extensive reading plays a very important role in the cultivation of reading comprehension.
