| Abstract: | In order to survive and develop in the background of world economic integration, medium-sized and small enterprises must proceed from actual conditions and make full use of their comparatively favorable factors. And only when they are adept at looking for new opportunities and blazing new trails so as to exploit their peculiar advantages to the full and findtheir market standing, can they grasp every new opportunity and quicken the tempo of development. |
