| 摘 要： | 信用证是国际贸易通用的结算方式，也是重要的融资方式。出口信用证项下银行存在着开证行资信风险、开证行国家或地区风险、汇率和利率风险、出口商信用风险、出口信用证经办人员操作风险等。所以，银行应采取提高对政治风险、汇率与利率风险的防范能力；提高经办人员业务素质；严格执行操作规程等防范出口信用证项风险的有效措施。切实防范风险事件的发生。

| Abstract: | L/C is a general clearing way in international trade,and an important financing method.Banks under export L/C item have issuing bank credit risk,region risk,exchange rate and interest rate risk,exporter credit risk,and arranger operating risk.Therefore,banks should improve the abilities of preventing political risk and exchange rate and interest rate risk;promote the qualities of their working staffs;and strictly carry out operating rules in order to effectively avoid all kinds of risks of export L/C. |
