新时期老干部工作者应具备的素质

在新的历史时期,老干部工作面临着许多新的任务,党中央、国务院对老干高工作提出了更高的要求。为适应新形势新任务的需要,必须努力建设一支学习型、服务型、和谐型的老干部队伍。这就要求老干部工作者必须具备优秀的思想政治素质;必须具有高尚的思想道德素质;必须具备较高的文化知识素质;必须具备过硬的业务素质:必须具有全心全意为老干部服务的素质;必须具备良好的心理素质。

Qualities Which the Veteran Cadre Workers Should Have in the New Period

In the new historical period,the vetaran cadre's work faces many new duties.The Central Party Commit- tee and the State Council put forward a higher request to the work.In order to meet the need of new situation and new duty,we must organize a study type,service type and harmonious type veteran cader team.This requests the workers to have to have outstanding political and ideological quality,have noble thought moral quality,have high cultural knowledge quality,have the service quality which stands up to the most rigorous test,have wholeheartedly the quality which serves for the veterans,and have good psychological quality.
