| Abstract: | In the North Song Dynasty, in the process of "co-governing" with the emperor, scholar-bureaucrats demonstrated unique cultural and spiritual features, forming unique "scholar-bureaucrat politics". There is close relationship between the formation of this kind of politic system and the social economic development with the formation of Song Dynasty scholarly atmosphere. |
