| 摘 要： | 区域创新体系是指:在特定经济区域内,各经济活动主体通过在经济活动中置入新需求、新要素、新产业、新组织、新制度等而建立的促进区域创新能力提高和区域民众福祉增进的有机联系的各具特色的经济网络系统.区域创新体系从本质上是一个地域经济运动系统,而不是政治运动系统,也不是社会文化运动系统,尽管后两个系统与经济运动系统是密切联系的.

| Abstract: | Regional innovation system means an economic network system with different characteristics for economic activity subjectivity to establish organic connection for promoting regional innovation ability and people's benefit by adding new demand,new factors,new industries,new organizations and new institutions to this region in a certain area.Regional innovation system is practically a regional economic movement system and is not a political movement system and is also not a social and cultural movement system though the latter two systems have close relation with the economic movement system. |
