| 摘 要： | 翻译是一种主动的再创造性质的工作，它需要翻译工作者首先在业务上具备较高的素质，即：敏锐的听力、较强的理解力以及清晰的表达能力，其次要善于运用多种翻译技巧和手段，此外，还需注意其它非语言素质和能力的培养。
