| 摘 要： | 第二次鸦片战争后,被迫开放为通商口岸的汕头产生了特殊的买办阶层。汕头买办与外国洋行是复杂的资本主义性质的契约雇佣关系。汕头买办资本的积累及其转化对以汕头为经济中心的粤东,乃至闽西南、赣南等地的历史进程有负面影响,但也促进了部分买办资本向民族资本转化的进程。
