| 摘 要： | 本文在刊布十件满文房产契书的基础上 ,对清前期北京旗人房产交易的形式、内容、特点进行了初步考察 ,指出至迟到乾隆前期 ,八旗内部已经存在典、抵押、活卖、绝卖等多种不动产转让形式。本文还对满文契书中所蕴涵的有关北京旗人语言应用情况的信息作了分析
