欠发达地区高校人才流失的生态分析——陕南、陕北高校人才流失问题调查

高等学校是一个生态系统。调查显示,学校内部生态环境失衡造成了陕南、陕北高校人才的大量流失。通过分析物质环境贫困、制度环境失范、文化环境价值偏移等对高校人才流失的影响,提出构建良性高校生态系统的基本思路与方法,对于有效遏制陕南、陕北高校人才流失具有极其重要的现实意义。

Colleges,universities and their ecological environment constitute the ecology of higher education system.On research,we found that the ecological unbalance results in the loss of qualified teachers in colleges and universities.To analyze how the loss of qualified teachers infected by the poverty of material environment,the disorder of system environment and the value excursion of cultural environment,and form a sustainable ecology in colleges and universities will stop the loss of qualified teachers in colleges and universities in the south and north of Shaanxi effectively.
