| 摘 要： | 传统的战略联盟学习模式对于战略联盟的稳定性往往带来损害,影响战略联盟的绩效。为了保障战略联盟的稳定性,需要建立联盟的交互式学习模式。交互式学习的目的应有利于联盟的共同利益,学习的重点应避开损害联盟稳定性的内容,并重视培育联盟企业独特的文化和运作机制,在联盟成员间建立起相互信任。

| Abstract: | The traditional study mode of strategic alliance always affects the stability of them, and debases the performance of strategic alliance. As a result, for the sake of the stability of alliance, it is necessary to construct the interact study mode of strategic alliance. And its emphases are to avoid those factors harming the stability of the strategic alliance, and attach importance to the culture and operate mode of the alliance cooperation so as to make the members of the alliance trust one another. |
