| 摘 要： | 金融企业资产业务中不对称信息问题的产生及其潜在危害,分析了金融企业资产业务中不对称信息问题的成因,提出了治理金融企业资产业务中不对称信息问题的相关对策:包括建立程式化的信贷信息处理规范,建立科学的信贷信息资源管理体系,建立严格的信贷信息责任追究制度等。
