| 摘 要： | 本文从农业产业信息化服务体系的建立，农业发展要素流通体系的发展完善，区域化布局、专业化生产、产业化运作的农业发展体系的构建，以及利益分配体系的规范，农业产业化支持体系，农业可持续发展体系等方面进行了具体分析。并提出了相应的政策建议。
