| Abstract: | In the new century,the whole connotation of quality education of University is composed of doing pioneering work education,psychology education,physiology education, culture and science education as well as ethical education.It is the historical choose to adopt the obvious education and potential education to fulfill Quality Education.So this dissertation sets the goal of Quality Education into many practical sub-goals. |
