| 摘 要： | 要提高党的执政能力,不但要重视代际意义上的青年和青年学生群体,也应该他们看到作为特定的社会群体、政治群体当前所具备的新特点。赢得青年和青年学生,既是赢得现在,也是赢得未来。执政党要赢得青年,必须着力解决好几个基本课题。
