| Abstract: | The statistics and the subjective feeling, this paper was provided by the author on Nov. 9, 2010. Wide public concern and controversy followed, which focus on the method to analyze the behaviors how CPI data compiled. The important points are reviewed in this paper, and the method used to estimate in the original paper is reassessed. This debate contributes not only to the comprehension of consumer price index, but also to the improvement of CPI statistics. |
