| 摘 要： | 高等教育体系和结构的形成,根本上是受社会政治经济和基本价值观的制约。中国高等教育体制和结构的形成经过了计划经济条件下的“照搬”,在市场经济改革背景下的“大调整”等。未来的改革应通过宏观调控和市场机制的双重作用,建立公平、效率与自由相统一的中国高等教育体系、结构和制度。

| Abstract: | The formation of higher education system and structure is mainly restricted by social politics,economy and basic values.The formation of China's higher education system and structure went through the "copy" period in the planned economy and the "readjustment" under the conditions of market economy reform.The equal,efficient and free system and structure of China's higher education will be formed through the dual function of macro-adjustment and market mechanism. |
