论权力关系的一般属性及权力道德的基本特性

从一定意义上讲，社会关系是由多重权力关系所构成的社会网络；在一定的社会关系下所形成的权力关系具有自身的基本属性：广延性、综合性、坚韧性、目的性、有效性、潜在性、服务性、责任性和对称与非对称性。权力关系的基本属性决定了运行权力必须遵循权力伦理和权力道德。比之一般伦理道德，权力道德具有自身的基本特性：内容的政治性、本质的责任性、形式的公权性、功能的示范性和角色的多重性。
