河南省农村居民消费问题探析

金融危机背景下,我国经济内需不足问题凸显。河南省作为农村人口占主体的省份,启动农村居民消费意义重大。从河南省农村居民的收入水平与消费成本的角度,分析制约其消费水平提高、消费结构升级的重要原因。提出稳定增加农村居民收入,增强其消费信心;针对农村居民的需求特征,开发适合其消费的产品和服务;改善农村消费环境,降低预期的消费成本等具体举措,对刺激河南省农村的消费市场具有积极意义。

Analysis of Consumption of Rural Residents in Henan Province

Since the global financial crisis,the problem of insufficient domestic demand has been prominent in china. Since rural residents constitute the main population,it is significant for Henan province to explore the rural consumer market. The article analyzes the constraint factors of rural residents’consumption,including lower income level and higher consumption cost. Finally,some suggestions are presentedincluding： promoting the rural residents’income to increase stably and sustainably; enhancing the rural residents’ confidence; developing appropriate products to meet rural residents’demand; improve the consumption environment in rural areas; and reducing the expected consumption costs.
