| 摘 要： | 明末清初思想家在批判君主专制合法性,反对君权任意侵害民众利益的基础上,提出了他们的民权思想,阐释了民众利益符合天理,肯定人民利益追求的正当性;论证所主张民权思想的合理性,并设想通过改革封建专制制度,限制君权,来保障民权的实现。

| Abstract: | The advanced thinkers in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty formed their thoughts of democratic rights through criticizing the legality of the autocratic monarchy and combating the monarch infringement of the rights of citizens.The interests of people in conformity with the course of nature which interpreted the justice of interests of the people.The advanced thinkers lay claim to reform the autocratic monarchy and confine the power of monarch,planned how to bring about the democratic rights. |
