| 摘 要： | 现代意义上的律师制度源于西方，在清朝末年的修律运动移植入中国，由于同中国传统化及政治运作模式的疏离，发展不顺利。具体而言，律师制度在当代中国的发展面临三重矛盾：与传统法律化异质，在现行政治架构中错位，管理模式偏离。解决这三重矛盾对中国律师制度既有紧迫性，又有长期性。

| Abstract: | The mordern Chinese lawyer system originated from the West.It was transplanted into China in the later period of Qing Dynasty and was frustrated with the strong contradiction of Chinese culture and the political system.Specifically the Chinese laywer system is chiefly confronted with 3 contradictions:differences from the traditional lawyer culture;discordence with the current political system ;deviation from the current management system. It is an urgent and long-run task to resolve the 3 contradictions for the development of Chinese lawyer system. |
