| 摘 要： | 文章指出高校青年志愿者社区服务是目前社区精神文明建设的重要途径，通过这一活动的深入开展，无论对大学生自身综合素质的提高还是社区功能的开发和利用都有着十分重要的意义。文章通过对高校青年志愿者社区服务实践的研究与反思，进一步提出旨在促进大学生个人、学校、社区与社会四者协调运作的实践思路。

| Abstract: | The essay pointed out that the university youth volunteer＇ s community service proves the paramount access to community＇ s cultural and ideological progress. With the deepening development of the campaign, it proves significant whatever the improvement of university students＇ quality or exploitation and utilization of community. The essay intended to promote coordination of students, universities, communities and society with the research and recollection on the practice of university youth volunteer＇s community service. |
