| 摘 要： | 近年来我国海外投资事业发展迅速,但由于未建立系统的海外投资保险法律制度,我国的海外投资企业在国外面临巨大的政治风险。因此,需要在正确认识海外投资保险制度性质的基础上,选择适合国情的海外投资保险模式,并借鉴国外立法与实践经验,建立我国的海外投资保险制度。
