| 摘 要： | 女性创新人才的培养,在构建和谐社会,促进妇女发展和男女平等,提升自主创新能力中起着不可替代的作用。高校是国家创新教育的重要基地,应围绕创新人才培养目标,遵循女性成长规律和思维特征,以人为本,创新教育,提升教师与学生的创新素质,营造宽松的创新环境,培养女性创新人才,推动社会的可持续发展。
