基于性别角色差异的幼儿园教学初探

摘    要:受传统文化的影响,人们对男女性别角色的定位在社会分工、责任承担、发展定位和培养方向等方面都有所不同。如果过分关注这种差异而造成性别角色刻板观念,则会对幼儿的身心成长带来消极影响,主要表现为个人发展定位畸形化、性格品质发展不平衡、职业取向狭隘化三个方面。基于性别角色差异的幼儿园教学指导策略是:树立正确的性别差异发展观,创设有利于儿童性别差异发展的环境,选择恰当的方法进行合理有效的评价。
