| 摘 要： | 人口自由流动并聚集,是市场经济条件下的一种经常发生的社会经济现象.在人口迁移的空间选择聚集这种现象背后,必然存在着一种经济学可以解释的经济关系和逻辑.从迁移者自身来看,人力资本与社会资本存量是影响其迁移决策的两个主要因素,它们不仅决定着迁移者迁移过程的空间成本,而且决定其迁移后的预期收益.人力资本积累与流入地工作的匹配程度决定了流动的方向,社会资本存量决定了其集聚的程度.人力资本积累与社会资本依赖度在迁移者流动过程中具有一定的负相关关系,低人力资本积累的人对社会资本的依赖性更强.
