引进人才重视人才促进高校的发展

高等学校是培养社会主义现代化建设所需要的各类高级人才的摇篮 ,高校只有在重视人才的前提条件下 ,大力引进人才 ,才能在激烈的竞争中生存、发展和壮大。为了引进人才 ,需要转变观念 ,在机制上做到人尽其才 ,还要防止“近亲繁殖” ;需要加强管理 ,从思想上、政治上、生活上多方面关心教师 ,努力营造一个和谐、愉快的环境。
