| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村和大力发展农村经济是当前全国各族人民的一项重要任务。发展农村经济必须有稳定的社会治安为其保驾护航,农村社会治安应当构建农村社会治安防控体系,建立农村社会治安防控体系是发展社会主义新农村经济的需要,是维护农村社会治安的需要,同时,诸多有利条件为农村社会治安防控体系的建立奠定了基础。因此,构建农村社会治安防控体系具有可行性。

| Abstract: | It is a significant mission for Chinese people to construct new rural area of socialism and develop rural economy rapidly.Stable public security is crucial when we develop its economy,so it has to construct public order preventing and controlling system in the rural area;and it is feasible for us to construct the system because we have many good conditions and stable base. |
