| 摘 要： | 笔者论述了邓小平以全球化视角科学分析与判断和平与发展是当今世界的时代主题,由此作出中国实行改革开放和现代化建设的伟大决策;深刻总结中国近代以来落后的经验教训,提出中国的发展离不开世界和中国的发展对世界有利的观点;着眼于世界新科技革命的发展趋势,主张发展中国自己的高科技,在世界高科技领域占有一席之地.否则,中国就会落后于时代,就会被动挨打.

| Abstract: | In the context of globalization,Deng Xiaoping proposes the peace and development as the theme of the world today.The reform he makes the significant decision on China's reform and modernization.He summarizes the miserable lessons in the old China and then believes that a new,strong China will benefit the world as a whole.China should attach due attention to science and technology;otherwise,China will lag behind the rest of the world. |
